Description: DateConv simply opens a window on the desktop and allows the user to enter a date, this is in the format of dd/mm/yyyy e.g. 19/10/1996 and then displays the decimal version of the date which would equal 1996.798 which is the decimal number for the 19th day of the 10th month in a leap year. It is useful in programs such as DrawBasic or other plotting programs that do not understand the date structure.
