Description:

WinLook grabs a window off the screen and analyses it (e.g. shows the
flags, and the position of icons relative to each other).  It can save
windows as text descriptions or as template files.  It also has a little
window which shows the present position of the mouse pointer, both in OS
coordinates, the window and icon it is in, and in work area coordinates
of that window.
