Download the uuencoded file and extract using SparkPlug 2 (see the "tools_help"
file in arch/riscos/tools for further info).


Description:

Backdrops allows you to choose the backdrop in the desktop with a minimum
of fuss.  The window has 3 radio buttons - C, S and T. These stand for
Centred, Scaled and Tiled.  Some of the backgrounds supplied need to be
scaled or centred, but most need to be tiled.
