Description:

Hpcd2ppm is a RISC OS port of Hadmut's pcd to ppm convertor, which decodes
Photo-CD Images files or Overview files.  Images are converted to PBMPlus
format bitmaps which can be loaded into ChangeFSI or Translator.  The source
code and an example file are included.
